Do you suffer from TMJ? The pain can be really bad, similar to somebody putting screws into your jaw. You also notice that it hurts to chew or you can't open your mouth as widely as you used to.

Trust me, I understand your pain. I've had TMJ for the last 10 years, which was caused by some physical trauma I suffered in my late teens. It seemed to me that my worst flare ups would be caused by stress...mostly from work! Anyway, I was searching for some kind of treatment option one day and found several things I could do, but nothing that I actually wanted to do to cure my TMJ. The things I found were:

  • Really expensive surgery - This doesn't sound fun. Sometimes involving breaking your jaw and reconstructing it. Can you say ouch?
  • Appliances - These are things like mouth guards, and other things that I actually tried, but didn't do much to resolve the pain I dealt with every day
  • TMJ Exercises - These were simple jaw exercises that I could do at home, in front of my bathroom mirror for a few minutes each day. I did this before I went to work in the morning and just before bed.

Now, out of all of those things I found, the TMJ exercises worked the best for me. Also, they were the cheapest! Isn't it usually the cheapest and most obvious solution tends to work the best?

Exclusive TMJ Help Program

From what I found, the techniques I began using in front of my bathroom mirror each day, were actually kind of "re-building" the muscles and ligaments in my TMJ joint, while at the same time, loosening, and stretching them. Kind of like Yoga for your jaw!

Well, after doing these 2-minutes of exercises day for about 5 days, my pain was just about gone! I really couldn't believe how well it was working. Now, this doesn't mean it will work as fast for you, but in my research it seems these TMJ exercises take somewhere between 2-10 days before you'll start to feel better.

Here's more about TMJ Exercises and how they may be able to help you.

I'm really glad I found that doing some simple things at home could cure my TMJ, instead of opting for expensive surgery and worthless "mouth guards" and other gadgets that are supposed to work, but usually don't. It's really surprising how well they work, and I totally recommend you at least check them out if your TMJ is causing you pain. It will save you money and it will work.

You know, when I first found out about these TMJ exercises, I didn't buy it. Could it be this simple? There was no way it was, especially when my doctor recommended surgery for me. I guess some people just don't know what's out there without doing the research to find out. That's the beauty of the internet, folks that might not have been exposed to great information are now getting it. Now, go fix your TMJ!

I have had similar pain that now is gone.

No longer have shooting pains in skull and can open mouth without anticipating pain. Very rudimentary Watson.

Willing to share what I found.
