Review of TMJ Help Program Book by Katherine Page
70As a TMJ sufferer, I always keep an eye out for anything that will help to cure or at least alleviate the pain from my TMJ. In the past I've looked at the surgery option, which was too expensive and WAY too invasive, and I've also used mouth guards and other appliances to try to treat my TMJ.
Not too long ago, a good friend of mine who also has TMJ, sent me an email about a program that had helped her basically cure her tmj, and had made her pain go away within a week of reading it. Needless to say, this sounded bogus to me, but I went ahead and bought this TMJ Help Program book to try out the exercises.
The Book
The TMJ Help Program by Katherine Page, is what's called an ebook or electronic book. This is basically a PDF file, kind of like a fancy text document, so everybody can read it without any special tools. It's delivered to you immediately after buying it, which I liked because that day my TMJ was really hurting!
The book shows about 31 different exercises that the author Katherine Page had perfected over the course of 7 years as a TMJ sufferer. Unfortunately I can't show any of the techniques here as that wouldn't be fair to the author's hard work.

My Experience
I had already eliminated a few "bad habits" that she talks about in the book through my own trial and error over the last year. You'll be shocked to learn what these "bad habits" are that contribute to your tmj.
Now after reading the book, some of the exercises were a little strange and I felt funny doing them in front of my bathroom mirror, but that quickly went away, as after my first "workout" my jaw started loosening up, right then!
So, I kept doing the 2 minute exercises every day, sometimes several times per day. After the first few days, my jaw was less tense and some pain had gone away, but I was still a ways away from a "cure." After plugging away each day before work in my bathroom mirror, for about 6 days was when I started to notice a difference. On the 7th day I woke up without much pain, but kept doing the exercises. By the 10th day I sort of forgot that I had TMJ because 2 days had gone by and I hadn't exercised and didn't have any pain.
Conclusion
While I can't say that I'm completely cured of my TMJ, the TMJ Help Program has been the most effective thing I've tried in the last 2 years. It's inexpensive considering the benefits you'll receive and how fast it works. I didn't expect them to work that fast, but I'm glad my friend told me about this product.
I still do the exercises a few times per week, and I think after several months I may only have to do them 1-2 per month to maintain my jaw.
If you’re willing to try some easy TJ exercises at home I really recommed getting this book. It's a great alternative to surgery and other products that don't work, or will take a very long time to work. Check it out, if it doesn't work for you, you can always get a refund within 60 days.
